des voyages is a hand printed book. Text is printed in letterpress on Canson light gray paper with a light blue paper cover of Richard deBas handmade paper. Binding was done with simple stitching. The lower row of images shows a page consisting of several pieces of rice paper, with words printed on each layer, revealing an image printed on the page. Images are made with one or more of the following techniques: offset (aka ‘transfer’) color Xerox, watercolor, sewing, rubbing.
